Modisette Coffee Bar

The Modisette family wanted a space designed that served multiple functions: coffee/cocktail crafting, and laundry.

As they are owners of a coffee shop/grind house, we needed to renovate their space to be both aesthetic and functional.

Final Results

We converted their large laundry room to two separate rooms, creating a much more functional space. A wall and door were added, giving the laundry its own area. To the coffee bar area, we added base cabinets and an undercounter fridge. We also installed a butcher-block countertop for a cozy vibe. Additionally, we added shelving to host coffee mugs and liquor bottles. We added a window to make the room feel more open to the kitchen. Lastly, we installed a small sink for the espresso machine.

Creating a separate laundry room and coffee bar provided a much more functional space. The added base cabinets, undercounter fridge, and shelving created necessary storage. In summary, our renovation provided a fun, open, practical room for crafting drinks of any kind while keeping an eye on the laundry!
