Our Creative Team
Hello from the team at Conard Construction!
We're a humble family-owned business with 56 combined years of experience.
We believe in designing spaces for real life, with functional details that make your life easier.
We've crafted anything from minor bathroom and kitchen remodels to full-scale bathroom and kitchen renovations. We also tackle full home renovations, basement/attic upgrades, home additions, ADU, garage/shops, and decks. We love learning about you and your family's needs to ensure our designs are functional, modern, and fit your everyday lifestyle.
To ensure quick delivery, in addition to our own design and renovation work, we employ skilled subcontractors knowledgeable in their craft.
We know that everyone works hard for their money... so we treat every job like it's our own project and offer initial consultation and design for free!

After graduating in 1988, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I enjoyed working with my hands, creating, helping people, and learning about construction. I worked for 22 years at a remodeling company, which I greatly enjoyed and taught me all I know. In 2007, I began a new adventure in my life and started my own business. It was a whole new world to go from an employee to an employer with lots of new challenges. I built strong relationships in the past with some of the subcontractors, many of whom are still friends to this day and work on projects with me! I got married in 1994. We had two boys, both of whom grew up playing sports and enjoyed the great PNW. When my sons Zachary and Matthew joined in 2016 and 2018, I felt so much pride in them. I've loved watching them gain experience, make decisions, and solve problems. I feel confident we can tackle projects, give you our best workmanship, knowledge, and trust in your next home renovation.

OUR PROCESS
Designing for Real Life
Step 1: Project Requirements Discussion
To design your ideal space, we first strive to understand your needs. When you book a consultation, we’ll arrange a meeting at your home to discuss the project in depth. We’ll chat about your family’s needs, as well as short/long-term goals and budget.
Step 2: Sketch and Revise Initial Design
Once we’ve agreed upon a project that accommodates your family and budget, we design a visual rough draft. This initial design is free, and allows you to visualize your new space and for us to make any changes necessary before construction.
Step 3: Project Subdivision and Start Date
Depending on the complexity, we’ll break the project down into sub-projects. Then we’ll schedule a time frame to begin remodeling.
Step 4: Remodeling
We complete one sub-project at a time to ensure construction goes smoothly and efficiently, while allowing us to be informed of any issues that arise and keep you informed. We'll ensure thoughtful construction along the way with details that make your space uniquely yours.
