How do I know how much my project will cost?

I meet with you and write estimates for each part of the project so you can better understand the cost and steps.

How does payment work? Do I need to pay a deposit?

We usually take 50% of each estimate for a deposit.
We accept payments in separate installments after the completion of each sub-project. For example, payment for new kitchen counters will be accepted after the kitchen counters are completed.

Are you and your subcontractors licensed?

Yes. The trade license for Conard Construction Inc. is #CONARCI936QM.
Additionally, in your contract I include the business name and license number of every subcontractor that will work on your project. You can search for them on l&i.wa.

Yes. Before every project, we inspect the site to address potential hazards.

Who supplies the fixtures or items for my project?

Accepted Answer

Before starting the project, we will write a contract highlighting which items we'll supply and which you will need to supply.

What do we need to do before starting our remodel?

Accepted Answer

We ask you to remove any personal items. We then assess the areas requiring construction and ensure everything is secure. Afterwards, we mask and cover the areas.
